Tribe Team Training

Tribe Team Training is small group personal training that runs for 6 weeks. You never do the same workout twice as every session is different and it’s set-up on a progressive scale so you will see how far you have come over the 6 weeks. Because you are a part of a small group, you become your own Tribe, you will develop friendships and create a supportive network that will help  push you to your full potential.

Tribe Team Training members will experience fun, belonging, control, support, reassurance and challenges all in a dynamic motivating environment that will respect their individuality so they can achieve more. A member of Tribe Team Training will never repeat the same workout twice ensuring our team training members achieve more than they ever thought possible.

All Tribe Team Training programs are supported by the latest music along with Trainer education and certification ensuring that members of the Tribe community get nothing but the best team training experience and care available.

City Fitness is the FIRST gym in Australia to introduce TRIBE TEAM TRAINING. We have introduced two programs: 

  Run, jump, lift and carry at high intensity and high impact. A HIIT and CrossFit style of training. Throughout the season you will do a combination of body weight exercises, Tribe primal movements and Olympic lifting all with the goal of pushing yourself to your own limit with control and correct technique. FIT also works on your mobility. We spend time warming up the muscles and joints to allow yourself to walk away feeling more flexible and mobile. FIT is for those who want to push themselves way out of their comfort zones, and find that new level to help push them to their goals.  
  Is the program that allows you to focus on all aspects of your fitness health. Fitness, strength and core strength. Starting with an initial warm-up then into the workout with body weight and weighted exercises that will challenge everyone to their own level. Working in a group makes you work harder, but you work at your own level of ability, and the instructors are very encouraging. It is a positive atmosphere and you become confident learning proper technique while building friendships. LIFE suits all types of fitness levels. Great for beginners and also for those wanting to challenge themselves, without the high impact of running, jumping, etc.
