Personal Training

At City Fitness, all of our Personal Trainers are accredited with Fitness Australia, which means you can be assured of receiving the highest standard in advice and support. City Fitness Personal Trainers can provide either one-on-one or group sessions. 

As part of your membership you are also entitled to a program review every six weeks. We recommend taking this opportunity as it will enhance your motivation and help you reach you goals.
